Welcome to Chelkron Mail. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Chelkron Mail, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Chelkron Mail provides professional email hosting services including custom domain email addresses, mailbox management, IMAP/SMTP access, email aliases, and related features. Services are offered under subscription plans billed in local currency via Paystack.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Chelkron Mail is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chelkron Mail to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in any form of email abuse
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in your local currency via Paystack. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Business plan features. No payment information is required during the trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all email content stored in your mailboxes. We do not read, sell, or share your email content with third parties.

8. Uptime and Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@chelkron.com. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chelkron Mail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
